          Why is My Coke Rewards phasing out?
          Since our beginning in 2006, we have been dedicated to delivering fun, engaging ways to reward you for picking up your favorite Coca-Cola® beverages. We are moving forward in new directions at Coca-Cola to bring you even more ways to participate and get rewarded directly by the brands you love.

          How long will mycokerewards.com be available?
          My Coke Rewards will be available until 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2017. After that, users will be redirected to Coke.com to check out rewards and experiences.

          Will I still be able to donate to Schools and Causes?
          Yes. This Spring, we’re excited to introduce an experience dedicated to giving back to your community through schools and causes. You will continue to use your product codes for donation purposes. Stay Tuned!

            POINTS
          How long can I enter my codes for Points?
          The ability to enter codes for Points will be available through 11:59 p.m. ET on March 22, 2017.

          How long can I redeem my Points?
          You will have the opportunity to redeem your Points on mycokerewards.com through 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2017.

          What’s going to happen to my Points balance when My Coke Rewards ends?
          All Points are forfeited after My Coke Rewards ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2017. Any remaining Points will be donated to one or more charities.

          Are Points going away? Can I still enter codes to be rewarded?
          Yes, Points are going away. We're working on ways to continue to provide perks and experiences with Coca-Cola. Start by going to Coke.com where you can continue to enter codes.

          My Points recently expired. Can I get them reinstated?
          MCR Points expire after 90 days of inactivity. We define “inactivity” as not entering a code or spending Points. If your points have expired within the last six months, our Virtual Agent, Chip or Consumer Care will reinstate your Point balance on a one-time basis as a gesture of goodwill until 11:59 p.m. ET on March 22, 2017. Chip can reinstate up to 10,000 Points.

          Are there limits on how many Points I can spend?
          There is no limit on how many Points you can spend.

          Is there still a weekly code entry limit?
          Yes, you may only enter codes for a maximum of 75 Points per week on My Coke Rewards until 11:59 p.m. ET on March 22, 2017.

          What do I do if I cannot read my code?
          If your code is illegible, please do not mail in the physical item with the code on it to My Coke Rewards. Please reach out to Consumer Care for assistance in reading your codes for My Coke Rewards and Coke.com.
            REWARDS
          Will I still be able to redeem my Points after the site is gone?
          No Points will be available for redemption after 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2017.

          Can I still use codes to gain rewards?
          My Coke Rewards will accept new codes through 11:59 p.m. ET on March 22, 2017. After that date, you can only use your Points to claim rewards. Starting now, you can begin entering codes on the new Coke.com experience for the new world of rewards!

          Is there a limit on the amount of rewards I can redeem?
          Particular rewards do have restrictions on how often and how much you can redeem in an effort to make the reward process fair for all members. Please refer to the specific rules per reward.

          Will there be additional rewards added to My Coke Rewards before the program ends on June 30, 2017?
          We encourage members to immediately begin redeeming their rewards with their points as there is no guarantee of more rewards being added to the catalog.

          How can I check the status of my order?
          • • Digital rewards: Your reward code should appear automatically after redeeming the reward. An email will also be sent to your registered address providing the code as well.

          • • Physical rewards: Most are received within 2-4 weeks, but can take up to 10 weeks. You can check the shipment status of your reward by going to the Rewards History section of your “Profile”. Once the status shows “Fulfilled”, your reward has been packaged and is ready to ship.

          • To check the status of your physical reward after June 30, please contact Consumer Care.

          What if I order a reward and it’s damaged? Not received?
          • • Physical rewards: Your rewards could take 4-10 weeks to be delivered. If it is damaged or still not delivered, please contact Consumer Care.

          • • Digital rewards: You should receive it immediately. If you do not, try copying (CTRL C) and pasting (CTRL V) your code to ensure it is entered correctly. Be sure there are no spaces after your code and press enter.

          What is Coca-Cola Give?
          Coca-Cola Give is your new destination for donating to your community--from local schools to cause partners-- through your favorite beverages from The Coca-Cola Company. Your donation to any accredited K-12 school of your choice will result in a quarterly payment to be used to purchase supplies for your school’s interest such as physical education, sports, technology, and/or, arts which will be designated by your school. Your donation to one of our cause partners will be used in line with their philanthropic mission provided. Give more happiness with your purchases from The Coca-Cola Company!

          How do I participate in Coca-Cola Give?
          Just head to Coke.com/give to get started with Coca-Cola Give. You’ll donate by signing in and choosing your local school or a cause partner to give to. Note, schools and causes are not authorized to have individual accounts so all donations must originate from individual Coke.com accounts.

          If you’re a school, we encourage you to share the opportunity of Coca-Cola Give with your PTA and parents to join in. We also suggest signing up for Electronic Fund Transfer in order to receive your donations easier and faster.

          What do the schools receive from Coca-Cola?
          All Coca-Cola Give donations go directly to school administration for use at their discretion. Any donation that a school receives from the program can be used to purchase supplies for use in such things as physical education, sports, technology and/or art.

          How is Coca-Cola Give different from the old MCR for Schools program?
          Coca-Cola Give is a new experience where schools and causes fall under one program to promote community sourced giving. As through My Coke Rewards, you can still direct rewarded cash from your Coca-Cola Company purchases to the school or cause of your choice; however, your product codes will be translated directly to cash instead of points. In Coca-Cola Give there will also be unique opportunities to support participating philanthropy partners through promotions. Stay tuned!

          Can I still donate My Coke Rewards Points to schools and causes?
          You’ll be able to donate your My Coke Rewards Points until June 30, 2017. Go here to get started in donating your points.

          Can I transfer my school’s MCR balance to Coca-Cola Give?
          Thank you for your support of local schools! We're unable to transfer funds from one program to another. All local schools will begin Coca-Cola Give with a balance of $0.

          What are my codes worth in donation value?
          For Coca-Cola Give, the value of your codes vary based on the type of beverage you purchased. You can see the value of your code here.

          Can all product codes be used to donate on Coca-Cola Give?
          Most product codes can be used to donate on Coca-Cola Give. Expired product codes from the Arctic Home promotion are unable to be used for Coca-Cola Give.

          What products are eligible to be used for donation with Coca-Cola Give?
          Any Coca-Cola beverage that has a product code under its cap or printed on its paper packaging is eligible to be used for donation. Please reference this list of participating brands.

          How do I select which organization to donate to?
          To donate to a school, simply type in the school’s name, keyword, or zip code for the school selection to populate. If you’re unable to find your school, please contact our Consumer Care Team.

          To donate to a cause, select from one of the cause partners available.

          Can I request more causes to be added to Coca-Cola Give?
          Thank you for your interest, but at this time we’re not accepting additional causes to be added to Coca-Cola Give.

          What charities and schools can I choose from to donate to?
          You may donate to any elementary or secondary accredited public or private school in the U.S, United Service Organization, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Boys and Girls Club of America, Special Olympics, National Park Foundation, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, and the American Red Cross.

          What schools are eligible to participate in Coca-Cola Give?
          Any primary or secondary accredited public or private school in the U.S. is eligible to participate. If you’re unable to find your local school in the search provided, please contact our Consumer Care Team.

          How can I help promote Coca-Cola Give within my school?
          Word of mouth is powerful in sharing the opportunity to raise funds for your local school with your community behind you. In order to make the process of redeeming your donation easiest, we recommend having your community school sign up for Electronic Fund Transfer to avoid the risk of losing and forgetting to claim your donation.

          Can I support multiple schools and causes?
          Absolutely! We encourage you to be involved in multiple schools and causes in your community.

          What should I do if I can't find my school?
          Ensure you’re looking under the correct zip code or name for your school.

          If you're still unable to find your school and believe it's eligible to participate, please contact our schools support team and provide the exact name and address of your school. The school will be verified and then added to the database if eligible.

          How does a school register for Coca-Cola Give?
          No registration or administrator is necessary.

          Did my school's My Coke Rewards Points balance carry over to Coca-Cola Give?
          All schools will begin with a cash value of $0 at the start of Coca-Cola Give as of March 23, 2017. If your school had a remaining balance greater than $10 and is signed up for EFT as of March 22, 2017, Kula will distribute final payment. If your school had a remaining balance greater than $25 and is not signed up for EFT, they will receive a check processed by Kula. If your school did not reach either threshold necessary to receive payment, the donated funds will be redirected to the Boys and Girls Club of America in the spirit of community development.

          How can local schools spend their donations?
          Donations go directly to school administration for use at their discretion. Any donation that a school receives from Coca-Cola Give can be used to purchase supplies for use in such interests as physical education, sports, technology and/or, art.

          Is this Coca-Cola’s attempt to market to children in schools?
          Absolutely not. Coca-Cola is committed to the responsible marketing of our products and affiliations. Aligning with that mission, we have a commercial-free classroom commitment which is a part of our global responsible marketing policy. As part of our responsible marketing policy, we have committed that our product advertising will not be placed in media where children under the age of 12 make up more than 35 percent of the audience. This includes television, radio and print, as well as cinema, the Internet, product placement and mobile phones.

          Are donations refundable?
          No. Once a donation has been made, it is final and non-refundable. You will have the chance to cancel your donation prior to submission.

          When will schools receive the donations?
          Funds will be disbursed to schools quarterly within ninety (90) days of the calendar year quarterly end, if a school's balance has reached the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) direct deposit or physical check thresholds, as outlined here. If a school's EFT information is on file, the minimum disbursement amount is $10. Otherwise, the minimum disbursement amount is $25 and the school will receive a check in the mail.

          How do I check to see if my school has received their payment?
          Schools can see when their next payment will be issued on each school profile page. If your school receives a check, it has 90 days to claim the check before payment is void and marked as unclaimed. We recommend schools signing up for EFT in order to ensure your donation is redeemed.

          What if the minimum donation is not met?
          If the minimum donation is not met by the last date of a calendar-year quarter, then the contribution amount will carry over to the next calendar year quarter. If your school has still not met either threshold by the end of the calendar year, the balance will be donated to the Boys and Girls Club of America in the spirit of community & child development.

          What’s the difference between Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) and a check?
          Electronic Fund Transfer allows donations to be added quarterly directly into your school’s bank account. We’ve heard that checks can be cumbersome for some schools to process. As the program develops, we’ll be looking to move schools into EFT to receive donations. We’ll be here to help along the way. Share your questions here and sign your school up for EFT.

          Will any portion of my donation be used for program fees?
          No. All donations from your Coca-Cola purchases will be designated to the school or cause of your choice. Coca-Cola supports the program maintenance for Coca-Cola Give.

          Can I receive a tax deduction for amounts donated through Coca-Cola Give?
          For any tax questions, please consult with your tax advisor.

          How long will the Coca-Cola Give program run?
          The Program begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") March 23, 2017. The Coca-Cola Company reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the Program, in its sole discretion, at any time.

          How does the Coca-Cola Vending program work?
          The Coca-Cola Vending Pass is a digital loyalty card that you can add to your Apple® Wallet or Android Pay™ mobile wallet to participate in an exclusive offer at select Coca-Cola vending machines. Each time you make a purchase with your Coca-Cola Vending Pass in your mobile wallet, you’ll be one step closer to earning your drink reward. Mobile wallet functionality may not be available on all smart phones or on all carriers.

          Once you make ten purchases, you can redeem your reward for a drink of your choice at select Coca-Cola vending machines. To participate, text “wallet” to 2653 or go to coke.com/vending to get a digital pass number assigned to you and follow the instructions to add it to your mobile wallet. Once a Coca-Cola Vending Pass is created, you will be eligible to participate in exclusive offers each time you make a vending purchase when you use your Coca-Cola Vending Pass.

          Your Coca-Cola Vending Pass will automatically keep track of your progress towards your next drink reward; you do not need to take further steps to participate in the Program.           You will earn a free drink reward after 10 purchases at select Coca-Cola vending machines.

          How do I tell how close I am to my next Drink Reward?
          Your progress toward your drink reward will be updated on your digital Coca-Cola Vending Pass once you make your vending purchase.

          What drinks are eligible for the program?
          Every brand/product in a Coca-Cola Vending Machine counts towards an eligible purchase and gets you one step closer to your drink reward with your Coca-Cola Vending Pass. You can choose any Coca-Cola product in the vending machine as your drink reward.

          What if I try to use my Coca-Cola Vending Pass and it gives me an error?

          Will my Coca-Cola Vending Pass purchases be shared with third parties?

          How long will this program run?
          The Program begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") January 24, 2017 and is scheduled to end at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2017, but The Coca-Cola Company reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the Program, in its sole discretion, at any time.           I have a plastic card, but I want a digital one. What do I do?
          As of 1/24/2017, we are no longer linking the plastic MCR Card to a digital Coca-Cola Vending Pass. If you want a digital pass, you will need to create a new one. Text “wallet” to 2653 or go to coke.com/vending to get a digital card number assigned to you and follow the instructions to add it to your mobile wallet.

          How do I use the digital Coca-Cola Vending Pass that I saved to my Mobile Wallet?
          Simply tap your phone at any participating Coca-Cola vending machine prior to each purchase. For full details on how it works, visit: http://www.coke.com/vending/how-it-works.

          What happens if I delete my Pass from my mobile wallet?
          If you delete the Coca-Cola Vending Pass from your mobile wallet, you will need to download it again by either texting “wallet” to 2653 or visiting coke.com/vending. We will give you the option to save it again to your wallet.

          I have a plastic MCR Card, can I still use it?
          Your plastic My Coke Rewards Card may have an expiration date on the back of the Card. However, the My Coke Rewards Card program will end on 11:59 p.m. ET on January 23, 2017.

          What happens if I lose my plastic MCR Card?
          We are no longer distributing the plastic MCR Card. If you have lost your plastic MCR Card and did not link it to your My Coke Rewards account, your Points will be lost. If you want a digital pass, you will need to create a new one. Text “wallet” to 2653 or go to coke.com/vending to get a digital card number assigned to you and follow the instructions to add it to your mobile wallet.

            ACCOUNT & COMMUNICATIONS
          Can I still sign up to be a My Coke Rewards Member?
          New program membership enrollments will not be accepted after 11:59 p.m. ET on January 23, 2017. However, you can go to Coke.com to create an account and redeem codes for perks.

          Will I still receive My Coke Rewards emails?
          Emails will no longer be sent from My Coke Rewards after 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2017.

          Will the social channels still be available for My Coke Rewards?
          The social channels for My Coke Rewards will remain available until 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2017.

          Where will my profile go?
          Your My Coke Rewards username and password will be available for use on all Coca-Cola portfolio brand websites.
