What’s the difference between this mobile site and the existing MyCokeRewards website?
Basically, it’s the same site. However, the mobile version of MyCokeRewards doesn’t have all of the functionality of the existing site. Not yet anyway. For example, the mobile site does not allow you to redeem your points for rewards. And it’s difficult to update your profile information. This functionality will be rolled out on the mobile site throughout 2011. But for now, it’s unavailable.
I don’t remember my password. What do I need to do to get it sent to me?
For security reasons, we won’t send you your password via email, but click on the Forgot Password link, enter your email address and we will send you an email containing a secure link where you can enter and confirm a new password. Please be sure that the email with which you registered with is valid and active. If you do not receive an email from us, check that you entered your address correctly and that the email wasn’t sent to your Junk Mail folder.
