My Account Information

How do I update my account information?
For now, most account information needs to be updated at MyCokeRewards.com. After you log in, click My Account in the top navigation bar to access your profile and update your account information.

How do I know how many points I have?
Once you are logged in to the My Coke Rewards mobile site, you can find your point balance in the Points Tracker on the main page of the site. You can also check your point balance by texting “BAL” to SMS short code 2653, using the mobile device that you have linked to your My Coke Rewards® account, and we’ll send you a text message with your balance. You can also find your point balance by logging in to MyCokeRewards.com and looking in the upper right corner of the navigation bar, on the My Account homepage, or in the Points Tracker which shows your progress towards the 100-point weekly limit.

When do my points expire?
My Coke Rewards points expire after 90 days of account inactivity. We define inactivity as not entering a code or spending points. Points can be spent for a reward, sweep, Instant win, or donation. You will receive email messages notifying you that your points are close to expiring but check your Account History to see when you last entered a code to be sure. I have a new email address, can I still log in?
Yes. Log in using the email address you registered with. If you want to update your email address, you can login at MyCokeRewards.com with the email address your registered with. Then once you are logged in, click on My Account and then Profile to update your email address along with other account information. Click Submit to save changes. From this point forward, you will be able to log in with your new email address.

How can I manage my email preferences?
Visit the My Coke Rewards website on your computer. There you will be offered the opportunity to subscribe to email notices from Coca-Cola and some of our partners during the registration process and at various other times. If you wish to be removed from a list later, simply follow the instructions at the bottom of the email to unsubscribe. Please note that we may send certain account or program management information (point-expiration notices, Reward/prize confirmation emails, etc.) to all users regardless of subscription preferences, because there are some things that you just have to know!

What are the My Coke Rewards residency requirements?
My Coke Rewards is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and all rewards can only be delivered to U.S. street addresses. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
