1 Grand Prize: Trip for 2 to the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for 2 from a major airport near winner's home to Vancouver, BC, Canada; ground transfers to and from the hotel and the Olympic events; 4 nights accommodations (single room, double occupancy); 2 tickets per day to Sponsor-selected Olympic events; and an allowance for 3 meals daily and snacks. Approximate Retail Value: $12,096.77. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Winner must travel between 2/11/10 and 3/1/10 or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least 14 days prior to travel. Travel must be round-trip. Airport, hotel, airline, flight itinerary, Olympic events and seat locations at the Olympic events determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for airlines cancellations or delays. If the trip destination is located less than 250 miles from the winner's residence, winner will be provided $200 in spending cash for driving expenses in lieu of airfare. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the responsibility solely of winner. Transportation to and from the airport is not included in the prize package. Winner and companion are responsible for their own travel documents including passports if needed. Travel companion must travel on the same itinerary as the winner and, unless child of winner, be 18 years of age or older. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, travel companion must be winner's parent/legal guardian. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases (except where prohibited) prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor not responsible if any Olympic event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety.
