How long will My Coke Rewards run?   

The current phase of the program ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2012, and you can enter codes up through 11:59 p.m. ET November 30, 2012. We started this up back in early 2006, so we’ve been doing this for a while. We have to take it year by year; the program has been extended in the past, but that does not necessarily mean it will happen again. In years past, extensions have been communicated near the end of the year, so please read the full Terms and Conditions and keep an eye on these dates. Codes can be entered through November 30, 2012; points can be spent through December 31, 2012.

How do I know how many points I have?   

There are a number of ways to check your balance. First, once you’re logged in to mycokerewards.com, you can find your point balance in the upper right corner of the navigation bar, on the My Account homepage or in the Points Tracker (which shows your progress towards the 120-point weekly limit). Second, you can check your point balance using My Coke Rewards Mobile. My Coke Rewards Mobile utilizes mobile web and requires a data plan with your carrier. Just go to www.mycokerewards.com on your web enabled phone to get started. Third, you can check your point balance via text message. Message and data charges may apply. Link your phone to your My Coke Rewards account by going to My Account and updating your Communication Preferences. Once your account is linked, text “BAL” to SMS short code 2653 and we’ll send you a text message with your balance. Fourth, you can sign up for Email or Mobile alerts (max 5 per month) and receive them in your inbox. Talk about convenient!

When do my points expire?   

My Coke Rewards points expire after 90 days of account inactivity. We define inactivity as not entering a code or spending points. Want to keep your points? It’s easy. Simply enjoy a participating Coca-Cola product and enter a code before they expire. Or spend points. Points can be spent on a Reward, Sweepstakes, Instant Win or to Support a Good Cause. You’ll receive email messages notifying you that your points are close to expiring but check your Account History to see when you last entered a code to be sure. Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?   

There’s a weekly limit of 120 points. That point total does not include Bonus Points. You can track how many points you’ve earned every week in the Point Tracker drop-down under your point total in the upper right hand corner of the website. Once you’ve hit your weekly limit, come back next week and enter more codes!

What are Bonus Points? How do they work?   

Bonus Points are our way of saying thanks to our members. It's very important to read the details about each bonus program since they can work differently. These programs typically award Bonus Points in one of the following ways:

1. Bonus Points are awarded immediately
2. Bonus Points are awarded upon next log-in
3. Bonus Points are awarded within 24 hours
4. Bonus Points are awarded at end of a program

Can I get points for referring friends?   

Thanks for asking. When you refer a friend and they sign up for My Coke Rewards and earn 50 points, you'll automatically receive 10 bonus points. It’s our way of saying thanks. The codes they enter must be from a purchased product – promotional codes do not count towards the 50 required points. If your friend is already participating, you can compare notes about the rewards you want...but you won't be eligible to receive points for referring them. Once you refer a friend, your friend has 14 days to register for a My Coke Rewards account and 90 days to earn those 50 points, so maybe you could buy them a Coke. As noted in our Terms and Conditions, you may only refer a person with whom you have an existing relationship.

• MCRPointsPlus™:
  Use your points toward travel, shopping, hotels and more. Save with your points, then pay the rest. With MCRPointsPlus, you’ll see the item’s retail value, the points you’ll use, and your final price after discount. You will then navigate to our partner’s site where you will use your credit card to pay the balance and complete the transaction. I ordered a Reward, but still haven’t received it. Who do I talk to?   

Most rewards usually ship within 2-4 weeks, but some may take longer. Coca-Cola coupons typically take 5-6 weeks, DVD orders may take 6-8 weeks and magazine subscriptions usually take up to 8-10 weeks to complete processing and fulfillment. After ordering a reward you'll be provided with the estimated shipping time.

What do I do if there is a problem with my Reward?   

• If the reward is a digital code:
• If you received an invalid message
• To ensure the code is entered correctly we suggest copying and pasting your code to ensure it is entered correctly. Please make sure there are no spaces at the end of the code.
• If you did not receive your code:
• Your code will appear automatically after redeeming the reward. An email will also be sent to the email address you have listed on MCR providing the code as well.
• If you never received your coupon (Blockbuster, World of Coke, etc)
• You may log into your MCR account click on My Account in the upper part of the screen. Next, select "Where's my…?" in the item status, shipping info and redemption history section of your Account History. Select the month and year the reward was redeemed. Find your reward in the list provided on the page and select "View Details."
• When will I receive my reward?
• It may take 4 – 10 weeks for a reward to arrive to the address you provided.
• If the reward is a physical reward:

• You can contact us using the contact us form and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can. You can also call us toll free, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, at 1-866-674-2653.

What is the Arctic Home Bonus Points Program?   

This Bonus Points program supports The Coca-Cola’s Company’s 2011 Arctic Home initiative. Members are encouraged to watch a variety of video clips to gain a better understanding of the polar bear plight. Members will be rewarded for watching one (1) of the video clips with 3 Bonus Points. The promotion beings October 26, 2011 and runs until the first 500,000 members claim the offer. You must to be a My Coke Rewards member to participate.

• How the Arctic Home Bonus Points Program Works
1. Sign in to My Coke Rewards and visit the Arctic Home “Video Gallery”. The offer is accessible via desktop computer or mobile device. The bonus code will only be presented to members who are signed-in at the time of viewing.
2. When members watch one (1) of the four (4) polar bear videos hosted within the “Video Gallery” in its entirety, they will be presented with a unique code at the end of the video clip. Other videos within the Arctic Home experience, which are not on the Video Gallery, do not qualify and are not eligible for the bonus offer.
3. The bonus offer code will appear from a dropdown tray underneath the video player once the video has ended.
4. Members are encouraged to immediately enter the code in the code entry field at the top of the website or write it down to reference later. This will be the only opportunity to access the unique bonus offer code.


• The offer is limited to one (1), 3-point bonus per member. Watching additional videos will provide a better understanding of the polar bear’s plight, but will be NOT earn additional points.


• How to get the Free Arctic Home Ceramic Ornament
1. My Coke Rewards members who donate the 700 point donation reward to Arctic Home will receive a free Arctic Home Ceramic Ornament. This offer is only good while supplies last. The first 2500 members to confirm they want the Gift will receive it within 4-6 weeks. Member must donate the 700 point reward. I have a new email address. Can I still sign in?   

Yes. Sign in using the email address you registered with. Once you are signed in, click on My Account and then the Edit button next to Account Information to update your email address along with any other account information. To protect your privacy, you will need to enter a security code listed below the email entry box. From this point forward, you will be able to sign in with your new email address.

How can I manage my email preferences?   

The My Coke Rewards website will offer you the opportunity to subscribe to email notices from Coca-Cola and some of our partners during the registration process and at various other times. If you wish to be removed from a list later, simply follow the instructions at the bottom of the email to unsubscribe. Please note that we may send certain account or program management information (point-expiration notices, Reward/prize confirmation emails, etc.) to all users regardless of subscription preferences, because there are some things that you just have to know!

I don't remember my password – how do I get it sent to me?   

For security reasons, we won’t send you your password via email, but click on the Forgot Password link, enter your email address and we will send you an email containing a secure link where you can enter and confirm a new password. Please be sure that the email with which you registered is valid and active. If you do not receive an email from us, check that you entered your email address correctly and that the email wasn’t sent to your Junk Mail folder.

What does it mean that my email address has been recognized by another Coca-Cola Company website?   

This means you have another account set up with that email address, at another Coca-Cola Company website, such as mycoke.com. If you can’t remember your password, just click Forgot Password and follow the instructions. You will have to have access to you email account to register.

What is Facebook Connect?   

You can sign into My Coke Rewards with your Facebook User ID and Password (one less password to remember). Click on the Facebook Connect logo and follow the instructions to connect your accounts.

I disabled Facebook Connect – what now?   

It’s easy to reconnect your accounts. Click on the Facebook logo and follow the instructions. If you removed your Facebook data from all Coca-Cola sites, you will need to go back and reconnect each site.

Why is the site appearing or acting strangely? It’s just not the same as I’m accustomed to.   

Many site display issues are resolved by clearing your browser’s history (also called your browser’s cache). Sometimes, old data is stored there that conflicts with new data, thus causing inconsistencies. We’ve worked hard to prevent these issues but it can happen. Under your browser’s Tools menu (or Tools/Options sub-menu), there will be a specific option to clear your cache, after selecting this option, please close your browser down completely to restart it, and then go to mycokerewards.com.

Is sign-in secure if signing in from the header? I don’t see a lock saying it’s secure, nor is the page https.
Signing in from the header is indeed secure. Behind the scenes we securely transmit your user id and password. We also have the https sign-in page – https://secure.mycokerewards.com/signin.do.

Help put your school in play and make great things happen. Talk to your school principal, parent-teacher, group leader or faculty member and ask them to appoint a School Coordinator for your school – or even volunteer to be one. What should I do if I want to register my school and it is not listed?   

Only accredited K-12 schools in the U.S. are eligible to join. Make sure you have looked under the correct zip code or city for your school. If you are still unable to find your school and believe that it should be eligible to participate, please contact us and provide the exact name and address of your school. We will verify the school information and request that your school be added to the database. Our database is updated quarterly, so in some cases it could take up to 90 days to add a new school.

Of course you can. You can either use the My Coke Rewards Mobile Site with your smartphone. Or you can text in your codes on-the-go by linking your phone to your account. Then simply text a My Coke Rewards code to 2653 for adding points to your account.

How do I link my mobile phone to my account?   

Make sure your phone is with you and on, and make sure that you can receive text messages. From the My Account page, go down to the Communication Preferences section where it says “Mobile Phone #.” If it says “Not Enrolled,” click on “Edit” and type in your mobile number. Note: You will not be able to opt in for mobile messages until you have completed the process, so ignore that for now. We will send you a text message, and you just need to reply to that with the message “LINK.” That’s it. Now your phone is linked and any codes entered by SMS will automatically be credited to your account, just like magic. If you decide to unlink that phone or link a different number (only one phone number can be linked at a time), go back to the Communication Preferences and take care of business.

How do I participate in the Coca-Cola Freestyle™ Wendy’s program?   

Between 5/7/2012 and 7/1/2012, you can select one of 6 specialty beverages on mycokerewards.com/freestyle to generate a QR code. Visit the dining room of a participating metro Atlanta Wendy’s location, purchase any size Coca-Cola Freestyle™ beverage, scan your QR code at the Coca-Cola Freestyle™ dispenser and pour the selected specialty beverage. My Coke Rewards members can receive 3 points per qualifying specialty beverage purchase and scanned QR code. There is a limit of 3 points per location per day and a total of 9 points per user per day.
