          • Is the My Coke Rewards program continuing in 2015?

          The program has been extended for 2015 and the new rules took effect on 1/20/15. Please see the Program Rules for complete details.

           

          • When is the My Coke Rewards program upgrade release? 

          In late January, we introduced the all new My Coke Rewards program. We are excited to present the fresh, revamped platform located right at home at www.mycokerewards.com. The new My Coke Rewards is all about you --- serving personalized content focused on your interests and social activity, while still delivering the valuable rewards you crave.

           

          • Why is My Coke Rewards changing?

          Since our beginning in 2006, we have been dedicated to delivering fun, engaging ways to reward consumers for picking up their favorite Coca-Cola beverages. Grab your favorite beverages, enter codes, and get rewarded -- plain and simple. We have continued to evolve to bring you even more ways to participate and get rewarded on MCR Beta. Now we’re bringing it all together for one awesome experience under one roof. Ensuring that we can bring you not just a rewarding loyalty program, but a sustainable one as well --- that’s My Coke Rewards 2015!

           

          • If I'm already a My Coke Rewards member, do I need to register again? 

          Existing My Coke Rewards members just need to login using their existing My Coke Rewards account credentials. However, you will be prompted to accept the new rules. If you're brand new to My Coke Rewards, you will need to fully register to participate. Click "Join Now" and follow the onscreen instructions to accept the Program Rules to become a Member. You will be sent a confirmation email to complete your registration. An individual must have a unique, valid email address to become a My Coke Rewards Member.

           

          • I am only a registered member of My Coke Rewards Beta. Do I need to register again?

          No. If you registered for MCR Beta, then you are already a registered member of My Coke Rewards. Please log in using the email address you used to register.  

           

          • Are my accounts for My Coke Rewards and My Coke Rewards Beta tied together?

          Yes, these accounts were linked if you registered with the same account credentials (e-mail and password) for both programs. When your accounts were linked, your point balance, login credentials and profile information are shared between programs. If points were accrued or redeemed on the My Coke Rewards site, the updated point balance was reflected on the My Coke Rewards Beta site and vice-versa.

           

          • I registered for MCR Beta using a different email address than my original My Coke Rewards registered email. What happens to my accounts?

          Each individual can only have 1 Coca-Cola account. If you registered using different email addresses, please contact Consumer Care. Our representatives will assist you in merging your accounts. Your points balance will be transferred to the account credentials in which you registered for MCR Beta.

           

          • I’m trying to log in and I’m receiving an error that states “Email Not Found”.

          Please try using a different web browser and clearing your cache and cookies.

          Note: Apple discontinued support for the Safari browser in Windows in 2012, so the versions available for PC are no longer current.  While the 5.1.7 version will support almost everything we are using, there are a few small gaps. We recommend Windows users not use Safari.

           

          • I registered but have not received confirmation email.

          Please wait a few minutes and be sure to check your “Junk Mail/Spam” folders, and add My Coke Rewards to your safe senders list. If you still cannot locate the original email from us, click the “resend confirmation” button.

           

          • Why should I link my social networks when I register?

          In order to receive Status, Badges, and rewards from participation in an Activity, you must link your social accounts to MCR.

           

          • How do I link my social networks?
          Simply connect to Facebook or Twitter when you register or login.

          1.    After registering, you will be prompted to“Connect with Facebook” and/or “Connect with Twitter”.

          2.    Enter your log in for that particular social channel and “Authorize” MCR.

          3.    Voilà your social account is connected to MCR!

          If you are already registered, please go to the Social Networks tab under settings in your “Profile” and click “Connect”.

           

          Please note that you CANNOT sign in via Facebook/Twitter until you have connected your social accounts inside of your profile.

           

          If you are experiencing trouble registering or logging in to your Twitter account, please visit Twitter’s Help Center for support.

           

          • How do I unlink my social accounts?

          Please go to the Social Networks tab in your “Profile” and click “Disconnect”.

           

          • Will I lose my Points/Status/Rewards earned when the new site launches?

          NO. As long as you registered using your existing MCR credentials, all of your current account information will be waiting for you.

           

          • What is the difference between status and points?

          Status gets you access to an expanded rewards catalog. Points are used to redeem rewards in the catalogs. You earn points by entering codes from participating brands. Your points balance does not affect your status.

           

          • I can’t find the code entry bar, where is it?

          Make sure to log in first. The code entry bar will then appear on the header at the top of the page.  

           

          • Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn? 

          To ensure the continued sustainability of the program, the weekly limit was updated to 75 points effective 1/20/2015. That point limit does not include Bonus Points. You can track how many points you’ve earned every week in the Points History section of your “Profile”. Once you’ve hit your weekly limit, come back next week and enter more codes!

           

          • Do I have to be active on social networks such as Twitter to reap the benefits of My Coke Rewards now?

          The new My Coke Rewards program is aimed at providing a variety of ways members can participate and earn rewards based on what suits you. Points lovers, code entry is here to stay! In addition, vote in quizzes and polls, watch fun videos, or share a delicious Coca-Cola recipe. Active on social? Great! Get involved in social Activities that match your interests.           First off, we’re so glad you’re here! And we’re here to help you learn all about the new My Coke Rewards platform. It’s time to register and open your account. Click on “Sign in/Join” at the top of the homepage. We’ll take you through the steps and get some information from you, like email, date-of-birth, and address and we’ll give you some opportunities to stay in touch with us and be the first to hear about new programs and Bonus Points offers. Complete your profile with your likes and interests so we can provide you with the best content. You’re now ready to start entering codes and participate in Activities.

          • If I'm already a My Coke Rewards member, do I need to register again under the new platform?

          • Who can join My Coke Rewards? 

          My Coke Rewards is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 13 years old. Rewards can only be delivered to U.S. street addresses. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

           

          • How does the “Refer a Friend” program work?

          My Coke Rewards is made to be a social place, so by design it’s more fun with friends. So tell them about it and earn a free 20 oz. Coke®!

          Step 1: Log-in to your MCR account and click on your Profile. From there, click on “Invite” in the lower left section.

          Step 2: Select 5 contacts from your social channels or submit individual email addresses in the fields provided. The 5 contacts cannot be current MCR members. An email invite will be automatically sent to the people you select, encouraging them to register for the program and help you earn a free Coke®. They’ll be reminded to click the unique link provided in their email to begin the registration process on MCR.com; this link allows MCR to track registration confirmations of your referrals.

          Step 3: Upon the confirmed registration of all 5 of your contacts utilizing the unique link, you will be awarded a free, digital 20 oz. sparkling coupon that can be redeemed at any Target® location. Claim this gift by going into your Profile and selecting the “Unclaimed Rewards” tab. Keep in mind, it may take up to 48 hours for this award to appear in your account.

          Step 4: Enjoy your complimentary drink and keep spreading the word. This offer is limited to 1 coupon per person, while supplies last. 

           

          • How will my information be used?

          • What web browsers do I need to use this site?

          The My Coke Rewards site will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome, Safari 6.0.5 for Mac or higher and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9, Safari 5.1.10 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported, but may affect complete enjoyment of the full My Coke Rewards experience. Internet Explorer 7 and 8 are not supported.

          • How long will My Coke Rewards run? 

          The current phase of the Program begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on January 20, 2015 and is scheduled to end at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2015 (the "Program Period"), but we reserve the right to shorten, extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the Program, in our discretion, at any time. In years past, extensions have been communicated near the end of the year, so please read the full Program Rules and keep an eye on these dates. Codes can be entered throughout the program period; points can be spent through December 31, 2015.

           

          • Can employees and non-employee workers of The Coca-Cola Company earn rewards and win prizes?

          Employees and non-employee workers of The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola bottlers, and their respective divisions, parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates ("Coca‐Cola Companies"), members of immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of employees or non-employee workers of any of the Coca‐Cola Companies, may earn points and get status to gain access to rewards, but will be ineligible to win a prize through any sweepstakes or through an Activity, unless the specific Activity rules state otherwise.

           

          Note: Each employee or non‐employee worker must enroll for the Program using his or her company email address, if one was provided. Each employee or non-employee worker & their family members are limited to redeeming 2,000 points annually. Attempted violation of this rule will result in disqualification from the Program and is grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

          Where can I find My Coke Rewards Codes? 

          There are lots of ways to refresh…and reward yourself.           How can I use a 14-digit code to participate in My Coke Rewards?

          You can use a code found on participating product packaging in one of two ways. Each code can only be used one time.

          –      You can use a code to earn and accrue points. Codes have various point values, depending on the type of product packaging on it was printed. For example, a fridge pack code is worth 10 points, while a code on a 20 oz. bottle is worth 3 points. Points can be redeemed for rewards or to enter sweepstakes in our catalog or donated to the My Coke Rewards Schools program or to another participating non-profit.

          –      You can use a code to participate in select Activities. When a code is used for entry, the points associated with the redeemed code will NOT be credited to your account balance, and does not count towards your weekly point limit. You will not receive status for participating in Activities when a code is used as the method of entry.

           

          How do I enter Codes to earn points? 

          There are several ways to enter codes to get points. First, make sure to log in at mycokerewards.com. From there, enter your codes:

          –      On the Code Entry page

          –      “Enter codes for points” box on the header of every page

          –      Using your smartphone on the My Coke Rewards Mobile site on the Code Entry page

           

          How do I enter Codes to participate in an Activity?

          If an Activity offers code entry as a method of entry, there will be a code entry bar presented with that Activity with specific directions.

           

          If I use a Code to participate in an Activity, will it count towards my weekly 75 point limit?

          No.

           

          Help! I have a code that I can't read – what now? 

          Please make sure you are using a code that has not been entered previously. Please contact Consumer Care if you are still unable to enter your code.

           

          Can I enter more than one code at a time? 

          Not at this time.

           

          Why did My Coke Rewards change from 12 digit codes to 14 digit codes? 

          Due to the popularity of our program, we’ve made the transition from 12 digit codes to 14 digit codes, to ensure we have a steady supply of codes for you, our loyal members. Please note that 12 digit codes are ineligible effective 8/1/2014.

           

          What is a promotional code? 

          Promotional codes (or “promo” codes) are limited-time codes that do not appear on product that are used to redeem special offers. They can contain words, numbers, letters or even UPC codes from some of our partners. Some offers ask you to enter both a My Coke Rewards code and a promotional code to qualify. You can enter either type of code in the “Enter your code” box in the header or on the code entry page.

           

          What is a prize claim code?

          Prize claim codes are codes that give consumers access to specific items in a catalogue.

           

          What is a 0-point code?

          0-point codes are used to enter Activities. When you enter a 0-point code, you will receive message that the code is ineligible for points, and will be directed to the Interests page to participate in an Activity. 

           


             

             

            ACTIVITIES

           

          • What are Activities?

          Activities are fun ways to participate which may award prizes. Activities may include, but are not limited to, contests, sweepstakes, instant win promotions, challenges, and other actions integrating social media. When you participate in Activities labeled with the “+Status” icon, you earn Status to unlock more rewards. Navigate our homepage, brand pages, and Interest pages to find Activities made for you. New Activities are launched regularly, so make sure to stay tuned!

          • How do I know that I successfully completed an Activity?

          Visit the Activity History section of your “Profile” to view all Activities you have participated in. 

           


           

           

          STATUS

           

          • How do I earn status?

          Participating in featured Activities labeled with the “+Status” icon are surefire ways to boost your status. Even simple actions like inviting friends, tweeting and completing your profile will move you along. Once logged in, you can check your status on the homepage or at any time inside your "Profile".

           

          • What is the difference between status and points?

          Status gets you access to an expanded rewards catalog. Points are used to redeem rewards in the catalogs. You earn points by entering codes from participating brands. Your points balance does not affect your status.

           

          • What will I get for status?

          There are 3 status levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. You will start at Bronze and as you earn status, you'll level up to Silver and then to Gold. Rewards are unlocked along the way, but you'll gain access to the ultimate rewards when you achieve Gold status. As your status grows and you achieve new levels, you'll earn:

          –      Freebie prizes, Bonus Points, AND access to an expanded rewards catalog offering exclusive and early access to rewards.

           

          • What are the daily limits associated with earning status for social activities?

          Members can receive status credit for up to 15 tweets/retweets and 15 Instagram posts per day across all Challenges or Activities. After that threshold is met, members may continue to participate, but will not continue earning status credits for those actions. Please note that you can earn status for an individual activity only once.

           

          • Does Status expire?

          At this time your status level does not expire. 


             

             

            POINTS

             


          • How do I earn Points?

          Points are still earned by entering codes found on participating Coca-Cola products in the “ENTER CODES FOR POINTS” box in the header or on the Code Entry landing page. Note, however, if you enter a code to unlock access to an Activity, you will not earn points. Simply log-in to your account then enter the 14-digit code. Keep in mind there is a 75 point-per-week limit. The system refreshes each Monday at 12 A.M. If you've already reached your weekly limit of 75 points, check the “Interests" pages for ways to quickly earn a status boost or participate in fun, interactive challenges.

           

          • How do I know how many points I have? 

          Once you’re logged in, you can find your total point balance in the upper right corner of the navigation bar. The Points History tab on your Profile only reflects points credited or debited on or after January 23, 2015. 

           

          • Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn? 

          To ensure the continued sustainability of the program, the weekly limit was updated to 75 points effective 1/20/2015. That point limit does not include Bonus Points. You can track how many points you’ve earned every week in the Points History section of your “Profile”. Once you’ve hit your weekly limit, come back next week and enter more codes!

           

          • Do points expire?

          My Coke Rewards points expire after 90 days of account inactivity. We define "inactivity" as not entering a code or spending points. To help you maintain your point balance, we send email notifications when your points are close to expiration. This will remind you to log-on and enter new codes or redeem points to keep your account active. You can also find your points expiration date in your “Profile” under Points History.

           

          • What will I get for my points?

          Members can redeem their points at any time for items available within the Bronze rewards catalog on mycokerewards.com. You can also use points to enter sweepstakes. Keep in mind that as you increase your status, you'll gain access to the Silver and Gold expanded catalogs featuring exclusive rewards and early access to new rewards.

           

          • How can I earn Bonus Points?

          You can earn Bonus Points in two ways:

          –      By participating in special, limited-time promotions where indicated.

          –      Each time you level up, Bonus Points will be automatically credited to your account. For example, when you move from "Silver" to "Gold" status, you'll notice a boost to your point balance.

          Please note that Bonus Points do not count towards your weekly 75 point limit like the product codes do. However, like regular points, they expire after 90 days of inactivity. We define "inactivity" as not entering a code or spending points.

           

          • Can I get points for referring friends?

          Please see the “Refer a Friend” program details in the My Coke Rewards 2015 section above.

           

          •  How do I redeem my points for rewards?

          You can easily redeem your points for rewards by selecting the desired item within the catalog and following the redemption flow presented on-screen. As you browse the catalog, you'll notice that many rewards are exclusively available to certain status levels. As you level up, you'll unlock exclusive rewards and may get early access to new, limited-time rewards. You can always view your rewards redemption history in your “Profile” under Rewards History.

           

          • Can I use a code to participate in an Activity if I've already reached my weekly point limit?

          If you've already reached your weekly limit of 75 points, you can still use a code to participate in Activities enabled with code entry including challenges, sweepstakes and instant win promotions.

           

          • Can I trade points for status?

          No, at this time you cannot trade your points for status, or trade status for points.

           

          • What is the difference between status and points?

          Status gets you access to an expanded rewards catalog. Points are used to redeem rewards in the catalogs. You earn points by entering codes from participating brands. Your points balance does not affect your status.

           

          • I used a product code to enter an Activity. Why were the points associated with the code not added to my point balance?

          All codes are valid only once and can either be used (1) to accrue points or (2) to enter an Activity, when specified.

          If an Activity offers or requires code entry to participate, all points associated with that code count towards your payment for entry, rather than points or status. The points associated with the redeemed code will not be added to your account balance.

           


             

             

            REWARDS


          • What are rewards and how do I earn them?

          Rewards are items available to our members for their participation in the program. Some rewards are physical items that are shipped to your door, while others are digital rewards usually fulfilled with a unique code that you then take to one of our partners' sites. Make sure you read the details carefully before you spend your points to be sure it's what you really want. Rewards can be earned by accruing points through code entry. Points can be redeemed at any time for rewards in the My Coke Rewards Bronze catalog, and as you increase your status, you'll gain access to the Silver and Gold expanded catalogs. Rewards are also earned through achieving new status levels.

           

          • How do I claim a status reward after I've leveled up?

          When you earn a status-level reward, you will receive an on-site message and an alert in the "Notifications" section of your menu bar if you are logged in. You'll also be notified via e-mail. You can click on the notification to go to the "Unclaimed Rewards" section in your member Profile and see your rewards.

          –      To claim the reward, simply click on your chosen reward and follow the steps to claim it. Some rewards are only available for a limited time or in limited quantities; so make sure you act fast to redeem them before they are gone!

          –      The Rewards History tab in your member “Profile” shows rewards you have already redeemed.

           

          • Can I exchange or return a reward?

          Sorry, all rewards issued are final. Once a reward has been redeemed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Similarly, if you do not redeem within the required time frame, the reward will no longer be available.

           

          • The item I want is out of stock – are you going to be getting more of them? 

          Maybe! We do restock some items and add new items to the catalogs. Please check back, and make sure to join our mailing list and follow our social channels for updates.

           

          • Is Shipping included? 

          The majority of physical rewards that are shipped to your door have free shipping. Look for the icon that says “Free Delivery” on the reward detail page to know if shipping is included. Make sure you read the details on each reward carefully before you spend your points to be sure what you are getting and if there are additional costs.

           

          • How can I check on my Reward Status? 

          You can check the status of your rewards any time. Log in to mycokerewards.com and visit the Rewards History section of your “Profile”. Once the status shows "Fulfilled," your reward has been packaged and is ready to ship!

           

          • I ordered a Reward, but still haven’t received it. Who do I talk to? 

          Most rewards ship within 2-4 weeks, but some may take longer. Coca-Cola coupons typically take 5-6 weeks, DVD orders may take 6-8 weeks and magazine subscriptions usually take up to 8-10 weeks to complete processing and fulfillment. After ordering a reward you'll be provided with the estimated shipping time.

           

          • What do I do if there is a problem with my Reward? 

          If the reward is a digital code:

          Your code should appear automatically after redeeming the reward. An email will also be sent to your registered address providing the code as well.

          Note: If you have changed your email address since creating your Account, please be sure to update it prior to redeeming.

          –      When will I receive my reward?

          •       Digital codes should appear automatically after redemption. An email will also be sent to your registered address providing the code as well.

          –      If you received an invalid message

          •       To ensure the code is entered correctly we suggest copying and pasting your code to ensure it is entered correctly. Please make sure there are no spaces at the end of the code.

          –      If you did not receive your digital code/coupon:

          •       First, please check the status of your reward in the Rewards History section of your “Profile”. If you did not receive your confirmation email containing your digital code/coupon, please make sure to check your spam/junk mail folders. If you still have not received the email, please contact Consumer Care.  

          If the reward is a physical reward:

          –      First, please check the status of your reward in the Rewards History section of your “Profile”. Physical rewards may take 4 – 10 weeks for arrival. If you still have not received your reward, please contact Consumer Care


             

             

            SWEEPSTAKES AND INSTANT WINS


          • What are My Coke Rewards Sweepstakes? 

          With just a few points, you could win big. Enter for a chance to win a sweepstakes by spending a small number of points, usually 3 to 6. There are a variety of sweepstakes to choose from, so keep checking back. You can use up to 100 entries per day. The odds depend on how many other entries are made, so we can’t really figure that out until the contest is closed and all the entries are in. We’ve always got a bunch of sweepstakes going on, so please see what’s there and make sure you read the Official Rules for the sweepstakes before you spend your points.

           

          • How do I find a Sweepstakes? 

          You can find sweepstakes in the Rewards Catalog under the Category drop-down menu or click here to browse.

           

          • How many Sweepstakes can I enter per day? 

          As long as you have the points to spend, you can enter up to 100 times per day. You can use all 100 entries for one sweepstakes or spread your 100 entries across different sweepstakes.

           

          • How many Instant Wins can I enter per day?

          You can enter up to 5 times per day.

           

          • What happens when a Sweepstakes ends? 

          Once the entry period for a sweepstakes ends, the administrator collects the entries and selects a potential winner. Once the winner provides the necessary information and is verified, the prize(s) will be awarded. To learn more, be sure to check out the rules, entry and drawing dates and other details.

           

          • How will I know if I've won? 

          If you are selected as a potential winner you will be contacted by email, phone and /or regular mail by our administrator, Hello World.           • What are the rules for posting to My Coke Rewards social channels?

          We encourage you to share comments, photos, videos, and links on our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram channels. However, we will review all comments and will remove any that are inappropriate or offensive. Please see our complete  House Rules.

           

          • Will My Coke Rewards post my pictures to its social channels?

          We regularly look for creative content to re-post to our social channels to showcase cool ways that members participate in MCR. We will never post your content without directly contacting you for permission first. Some Activities request users to share photos. Please see the particular rules of that Activity regarding image libraries.

           

          • Why should I link my social networks when I register?

          In order to receive Status, Badges, and rewards from participation in an Activity, you must link your social accounts to MCR.

           

          • How do I link my social networks?

          1.    When registering, click “Connect with Facebook” and/or “Connect with Twitter” and/or “Connect with Instagram”.

          2.    Enter your log in for that particular social channel and “Authorize” MCR.

          3.    Voilà your social account is connected to MCR!

          If you are already registered, please go to the Social Networks tab in your “Profile” and click “Connect”.

           

          • Please note that you CANNOT sign in via Facebook/Twitter until you have connected your social accounts inside of your profile.

          If you are experiencing trouble registering or logging in to your Twitter account, please visit Twitter’s Help Center for support.

           

          • How do I unlink my social accounts?

          Please go to the Social Networks tab in your “Profile” and click “Disconnect”.

           

          • Why don't I see my entry/submission posted among the others?

          Members may or may not see their entries posted online. The site will display a feed of the latest (or most compelling) user-generated content. Unfortunately, these feeds are not real-time because submissions must first be moderated to ensure they do not contain offensive language, content, etc. 

          Please note that if you participate in an Activity, My Coke Rewards will not be able to detect your content unless the social media account used to participate is public.

           

          • How do I request my entry/submission be removed from My Coke Rewards?

          Please contact Consumer Care if you would like your social content removed. Please allow 48 hours for processing.

           

          • How do I know if I've received credit for my social actions, or the actions of others?

          For confirmation that your Challenge participation has been recorded, you can check the Activities History section within your account “Profile”. Additionally, you'll notice your progress bar increase with the completion of each activity.

          Please note that if you participate in a social Activity, My Coke Rewards will not be able to detect your content unless the social media account used to participate is public.

          • How do I update my Account information? 

          After you log in, click your username in the top right corner to access your profile.

           

          • I have a new email address. Can I still sign in? 

          Please contact Consumer Care  and they can assist you with adding your new email address.

           

          • How can I manage my email preferences? 

          The My Coke Rewards website will offer you the opportunity to subscribe to email notices from Coca-Cola and some of our partners during the registration process and at various other times. If you wish to be removed from a list later, simply follow the instructions at the bottom of the email to unsubscribe. Please note that we will send certain account or program management information such as point-expiration notices, Reward/prize confirmation emails, etc.) to all users regardless of subscription preferences, because there are some things that you just have to know!

           

          • I don't remember my password – how do I get it sent to me? 

          For security reasons, we won’t send you your password via email, but click on the Forgot Password link, enter your email address and we will send you an email containing a secure link where you can enter and confirm a new password. Please be sure that the email with which you registered is valid and active. If you do not receive an email from us, check that you entered your email address correctly and that the email wasn’t sent to your Junk Mail folder.

           

          • What does it mean that my email address has been recognized by another Coca-Cola Company website? 

          This means you have another account set up with that email address, at another Coca-Cola Company website, such as mycoke.com. If you can’t remember your password, just click Forgot Password and follow the instructions. You will have to have access to your email account to register.

           

          • What is Facebook Connect? 

          If you have previously connected your Facebook account to MCR, you can sign into My Coke Rewards with your Facebook User ID and Password (one less password to remember). Click on the Facebook logo on the “Sign In” page.

           


             

             

            IT'S TECHNICAL


          • Why is the site appearing or acting strangely? It’s just not the same as I’m accustomed to. 

          Many site display issues are resolved by clearing your browser’s history (also called your browser’s cache). Sometimes, old data is stored there that conflicts with new data, thus causing inconsistencies. We’ve worked hard to prevent these issues but it can happen. Under your browser’s Tools menu (or Tools/Options sub-menu), there will be a specific option to clear your cache, after selecting this option, please close your browser down completely to restart it, and then go to mycokerewards.com.

           

          • What web browsers do I need to use this site?

          The My Coke Rewards site will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome, Safari 6.0.5 for Mac or higher and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9, Safari 5.1.10 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported, but may affect complete enjoyment of the full My Coke Rewards experience. Internet Explorer 7 and 8 are not supported.

          Note: Apple discontinued support for the Safari browser in Windows in 2012, so the versions available for PC are no longer current.  While the 5.1.7 version will support almost everything we are using, there are a few small gaps. We recommend Windows users not use Safari.

           

          • What version of Flash do I need to use this site? 

          We recommend Flash Player 9 and above.

           

          • I'm getting an error message when I log into my account; what should I do? 

          Please ensure that you are using your existing My Coke Rewards email and password to log in. Also, try using a different web browser and clearing your cache and cookies.

          • Can I enter codes with my Mobile Phone? 

          Of course you can. You can use the My Coke Rewards Mobile Site with your smartphone.

           

          • What happened to SMS Text code entry?

          We apologize for the inconvenience. SMS Text code entry will not be available in this program update. We are working to have it re-implemented shortly in the future.

           

          • Can I check my balance with my Mobile Phone? 

          Yes, just visit the My Coke Rewards Mobile Site with your smartphone.

           

          • Can I spend my points with my Mobile Phone? 

          Yes, you can redeem points in the catalog from your mobile phone on the mobile site.

           

          • Can I get alerts on my mobile phone? 

          Yes, you can receive SMS alerts on your mobile phone if you were registered before 1/20/15. Message and data rates may apply.
