- What is My Coke Rewards Beta?
This isn’t a replacement for the My Coke Rewards site you already love ‐ this is a brand new experience designed to meet the needs and desires of our members, focusing on their passions, social activity and unique awards.
We’re still in Beta, which means we’re just getting started and will keep getting better ‐ we’ll have more to do, more awards and more to offer as we grow. Being in Beta also means that when you join, you’ll be one of the first to experience this awesome new world Coca-Cola has created to award you ‐ the fan.
Before you get started, you should know that it’s not about entering codes (you can still do that at MyCokeRewards.com. In time, you will be able to do it here). You can easily login to Beta using your existing account credentials on My Coke Rewards (or any other Coke site).
- Do I need to register again?
No. Just login using your existing account credentials on My Coke Rewards (or any other Coke site). However, you will need to accept Beta’s new rules.
- Why should I link my social networks?
This new experience is designed to be social, so connecting your social networks and inviting friends is encouraged. Linking your social networks increases the fun, allowing you to participate in more activities and boost your status.
- How do I link my social networks?
Simply connect to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram when you register or login. If you’re logged-in, you can connect/disconnect your networks by clicking the “Social Networks” tab within “Profile Settings”.
- How will my information be used?
- What will I get for status?
As your status grows, you’ll have the opportunity to unlock valuable awards. The ultimate goal is to achieve Twilight status where you can access the ultimate awards. For example, you could be eligible to receive $25 towards your next meal with Restaurant.com dining partners, $50 off your next pair of sunglasses through DestinationRewards.com, a free subscription to Club Pogo, or free Coke products.
- How do I earn status and awards?
Here, the things you do boost your status - the more you do, the more you get. Participating in featured challenges are surefire ways to boost your status. Even simple actions like inviting friends, tweeting and completing your profile will progress status.
There are 3 status levels: Red, Gold and Twilight. You will start at Red and as you earn status, you’ll level up to Gold and then to Twilight. Awards are unlocked along the way, but you’ll gain access to the ultimate awards when you achieve and maintain Twilight status. At Twilight level, you could be awarded anything from $25 towards your next meal with Restaurant.com dining partners, $50 off your next pair of sunglasses through DestinationRewards.com, a free subscription to Club Pogo, or free Coke products.
Once logged in, you can check your status on your homepage or at any time inside your “Profile.
- Can employees and non-employee workers of The Coca-Cola Company earn awards and win prizes?
Employees and non-employee workers of The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola bottlers, and their respective divisions, parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates (“Coca‐Cola Companies”), members of immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of employees or non-employee workers of any of the Coca‐Cola Companies, may earn status and gain access to associated awards, but will be ineligible to win a prize through any sweepstakes or through a Mission, unless the specific Mission rules state otherwise.
Note: Each employee or non‐employee worker must enroll for the Program using his or her company email address, if one was provided. Attempted violation of this rule will result in disqualification from the Program and is grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
- How do I know if I’ve received credit for my actions, or the actions of others?
For confirmation that your actions have been recorded, you can check the “What you’ve been up to” section within your account profile. Additionally, you’ll notice your progress bar increase with the completion of each activity.
Please note that if you participate in an activity or Mission, you will not receive status or be eligible to for a prize unless the social media account used to participate is public.Similarly, you will not receive credit for any actions taken by others on your behalf (such as retweet of your content) unless the social media account used by the third party is public.
- Can I use my status to get My Coke Rewards points?
No, at this time you cannot use your status on the Beta site to get points on MyCokeRewards.com and My Coke Rewards points cannot be traded for an award only available in Beta. However, you can still enter codes on the MyCokeRewards.com website. In time, you will be able to enter codes here too.
- How do I claim an award on Beta?
When you earn an award, you’ll be notified via e-mail. If you are logged into My Coke Rewards Beta, you will receive an alert in the “Notifications” section of your menu bar. You can either click on the notification to see your awards or go to the “Awards” section in your member Profile.
In the “Awards” section of your Profile, the “Pending” tab shows awards you have not yet claimed. To claim the award, simply click on your chosen award and follow the steps to claim it. Some awards are only available for a limited time; so make sure you act fast to redeem them.
The “Redeemed” tab in the Awards section of your member Profile shows awards you have already claimed.
- Can I exchange or return an award received on Beta?
Sorry, our rules indicate that all awards issued are final. Once an award has been redeemed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Similarly, if you do not redeem in the required time frame, the award will no longer be available.
- Why don’t I see my entry/submission posted among the others?
Members may or may not see their entries posted online. The Beta site will display a feed of the latest (or most compelling) user-generated content. Unfortunately, these feeds are not real-time because submissions must first be moderated to ensure they do not contain offensive language, content, etc.
Please note that if you participate in an activity or Mission, My Coke Rewards Beta will not be able to detect your content unless the social media account used to participate is public.
- How do I request my entry/submission be removed from My Coke Rewards Beta?
Please contact The Coca-Cola Company if you would like your social content removed. Please allow 48 hours for processing.
- When will we be moving out of beta?
We’re not quite ready to unveil the exact date, but stay tuned!
- What web browsers do I need to use this site?
The My Coke Rewards Beta site will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome, Safari 6.0.5 or higher and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9, Safari 5.1.10 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported, but may affect complete enjoyment of the full My Coke Rewards Beta experience. Internet Explorer 7 and 8 are not supported for Beta.
- How can I change my Beta profile picture?
Your Beta profile picture appears as the photo associated with the social network channel you initially logged in with at registration. In this first Beta release, profile photos cannot be updated.
